Refund policy

Vinyl and music releases

All vinyl sales are final. We can't accept returns or give refunds on records if you change your mind.

Damaged, defective or wrong item? Email us at devkotamgmt@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or, if we can't, a full refund.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items show an estimated ship window on the product page. If we can't ship within that window, we'll email you a revised date, and you can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships.

Merch

Merch can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it's unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Email us first and we'll send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we sent the wrong or a faulty item.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
