Where we ship from

All orders ship from California, USA, by USPS.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders ship once the records arrive. The estimated ship window is on the product page. If your order includes a pre-order item, everything in it ships together when the pre-order is ready.

Shipping rates and destinations

We ship within the United States and internationally. Rates are shown at checkout before you pay. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you tracking.

International orders

International orders may be charged customs duties, import taxes or fees by the destination country. These aren't included in the price or shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking stops updating or your order arrives damaged, email devkotamgmt@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect a package once it's shipped.
